Senior Fitness — Ages 65+

Stay strong, mobile, confident, and independent.

Senior fitness is not simply adult personal training performed at a slower pace. As we age, changes in muscle mass, balance, joint mobility, bone health, coordination, endurance, and recovery require a more specialized and carefully monitored approach.

Your program will be designed around your current abilities, health history, limitations, lifestyle, and personal goals—not just your age.

        Your training may include:

  • Functional strength for everyday activities

  • Balance, stability, and fall-prevention exercises

  • Mobility, flexibility, and joint-friendly movement

  • Low-impact cardiovascular and endurance training

  • Core strength, posture, and coordination

  • Safe resistance training to help maintain muscle and bone strength

  • Modified exercises for previous injuries or physical limitations

  • Basic self-defense skills adapted to your abilities

  • Ongoing progress assessments and program adjustments

The goal is to help you move more comfortably, maintain your independence, perform daily activities with greater confidence, and continue enjoying an active lifestyle.

Train with a certified personal trainer and senior fitness specialist who understands that every individual over 65 has different needs.

When appropriate, training can also be coordinated around recommendations provided by your physician or physical therapist.
